Margaret Leavitt Boyer
1932 ~ 2013

Margaret "Beth" Leavitt Boyer passed away on September 14, at 12:40 am at the home of her daughter Brenda in Alpine, Utah. She was born in Kennilworth, Utah on March 3, 1932 to Lyman F. and Ora Jewkes Leavitt. She was one of three daughters born to that union. She graduated from Carbon High School in Price, Utah in 1950 and attended Brigham Young University where she met and later married Harmon G. Boyer in the Manti Temple on September 9, 1955.

She and her husband resided in the California Bay Area for 48 years where they raised their three children. After her husband’s death, she moved to Lehi, Utah. Beth was very active in the LDS Church all of her life and held many callings. She served faithfully for many years as a temple worker in both the Oakland, California and Mount Timpanogos Temples.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She is survived by her three children: Sandra (Richard), Mark, and Brenda (Randal) and two sisters: Stella Miller and Donna Jenkins (Jack). She has 13 grandchildren and will soon have 4 great grandchildren.

A viewing for friends and family will be held Monday evening Sept. 16th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Warenski Funeral Home at 1776 N. 900 E. American Fork, UT. A graveside service for family members will be held at the Lehi Cemetery.
