Thomas Dominici, 63, of Lehi, passed away on June 19, 2013
at his home after a long illness. He was born in Brooklyn,
New York, the son of Carlo and Marie Dominici. He graduated
from Monroe Community College and Rochester Institute of
Technology with a degree in food service administration.
He worked in the food service industry for nearly 45 years,
most recently for Intermountain Healthcare at American Fork
Hospital and Intermountain Medical Center. He was a member
of the Pointe Meadows 1st Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter Day Saints.
He is survived by his wife, Susan L. Horan of Lehi, daughters,
Lisa (Joseph) DeRoest, and Christine (Justin) Krebs both
of Lehi, and son Michael (Mandy) Dominici of South Salt
Lake City. He is also survived by his mother, Marie Dominici
of Liverpool, NY and his twin sister Margaret (Richard)
Nasiff of Rochester, NY; grandchildren, Madysen, Alysen,
and Tyson DeRoest, Zachery, Nathan, and Paige Krebs, and
Ari and Ila Dominici. The family members preceding Chuck
in death were Carlo Dominici, father; Dorothea DiCerbo,
sister, and Michelle Lauritzen, daughter.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June
25, 2013 at the Pointe Meadows 1st LDS Ward Chapel, 2150
Pointe Meadow Loop in Lehi. Family and friends may call
from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday, June 24, 2013 at the church
and again from 9:30 to 10:30 am on Tuesday prior to services.
Interment will follow at the American Fork City Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Intermountain Homecare
& Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
