Frank Edward Hayward V
~ Freddie ~

"Freddie" Frank Edward Hayward V passed away on November 12, 2011.

He was born the day before to Roy and Beth Hayward and welcomed as the seventh sibling by Coral, Sarah, Janet, Alice, Roy II and Gil.

From the beginning it was obvious that he was having serious respiratory and other complications. His whole family gathered to the hospital to see him and pray for him, including several uncles and aunts. Family members were able to hold him and bid him goodbye. After 24 hours his little heart gave out and he left this world to join those who have gone before, including his paternal grandparents who passed away earlier this year.

Funeral services for Freddie will be held Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 10:00 am at the American Fork 10th LDS Ward Chapel located at 507 West 700 North, American Fork, Utah. Family and friends may call Saturday morning from 9:00-10:00 am prior to services. Funeral Director - Warenski Funeral Home of American Fork, Utah.
