1929 ~ 2017
Moroni Kleinman peacefully passed away surrounded by his
loving family on the evening of October 25, 2017.
He was born May 14, 1929 in Cedar City, Utah to George
and Fern Davis Kleinman. He was the second child of six.
Preston, Fayone Jonasson, Artis Waston, Melvin, Carolyn
Raised on the family farm in Toquerville, Utah. He graduated
from Hurricane High School in 1947. He started working at
the Cedar Iron Mine, Iron County Utah. During this time
he was drafted into the military where he served during
the Korean Conflict. Don chose to train as a paratrooper
in the 101st Airborne division.
After an honorable discharge he met and married Carolyn
Sanders of LaVerkin, Utah on December 29, 1953 in the St.
George LDS Temple. To this 63 year union was born six children.
Karen Turner, Kevin (Shelli), Scott (Rebecca), Larry (deceased),
Patricia (Neil) Horton, Jeffery (Jill) also 26 grandchildren,
44 great grandchildren.
He retired from the Operating Engineers Union where he
worked as a welder and heavy duty mechanic for 30+ years.
Don spent his life working to support and raise his family.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017
at 11:00 am in the Lehi 6th LDS Ward Chapel located at 220
West 200 South. Family and friends may call Thursday evening
from 6:00-8:00 at the Lehi 6th Ward Chapel and again Friday
morning from 9:30-10:30 am prior to services at the church.
