Cordner McDaniel of Alpine, passed away November 25, 2014,
after a lengthy series of illnesses.
She was born in Orem on March 5, 1934, to Thomas Earl and
Donna Ellis Cordner.
She married Rulon Clark McDaniel in the Manti Temple on
December 20, 1951, and remained an active member of the
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints throughout her
life serving in numerous positions.
She is survived by her husband of nearly sixty-three years,
her three sons, Bruce of Alpine, Brent of Highland, and
David (Shari) of Orem, and by six grandchildren and eight
great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother,
Robert Cordner, and by three grandsons, Jared McDaniel,
Tyson McDaniel, and Kevin McDaniel.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 1, 2014,
at 11:30 a.m. at the Alpine West LDS Stake Center Chapel,
327 South Long Drive, Alpine. Friends and family may call
Monday morning from 10:30 to 11:15 am prior to services
at the church. Interment will take place in the Alpine City
