Allison Faith Neilsen
2014 ~ 2014

Allison Faith Neilsen was born September 4th, 2014, approximately 13 weeks before her due date. She experienced complications due to a rare form of cancer growing on her tiny and perfect little body. On September 19th, 2014, after a valiant effort, Allison peacefully slipped the fragile bonds of Heaven and Earth and returned home to the waiting and open arms of our loving Heavenly Father. Although her stay on earth was a brief one, she faithfully fulfilled and endured the trials that were required of her. Her story blessed the lives of thousands around the globe. She is part of an eternal family with her parents, David Allan and Chalece Alee Neilsen. She is survived by her parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. We look forward to the day when our joyous reunion with her will occur.

A Memorial Service will be held for Allison on the evening of Wednesday, September 24th, 2014 at 7:00 PM. The service will take place at the LDS Church located on 3065 North 1300 West Lehi, Utah 84043.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 25th, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lehi City Cemetery, 1100 North 400 East Lehi, Utah 84043
