Cherie Lynn Schwartz
1963 ~ 2014

Cherie Lynn Kellogg Schwartz, age 51, of Lehi, UT, passed away quietly in her home on Dec 11, 2014 from a courageous battle of cancer.

She was born on Nov 30, 1963 in Lancaster, CA to James O. Kellogg and Cathy Jean Anderson. She was the 1st of 6 kids.

She married Richard C. Schwartz on August 9, 1984 in the Oakland California LDS temple. Her proudest accomplishment in life was being a mother. Cherie is beloved by many and made lifelong friendships with all she met. Everyone adored her. She always cared about others more than herself, and always put God first. Faced with many physical handicaps in life, she always had a smile on her face. To describe her in one word would be happiness.

Cherie is survived by her husband Rick, daughters Cathy Elayne (29), Rachel Lynn Doel (27) (Jason Doel), son Kevin Thomas (21); her sister Megan (Adam), brothers Rod (Alison), and Craig, and preceded in death by her mother Cathy, sister Aime and brother Brad.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 20, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the Pilgrims Landing 4th LDS Ward Chapel, 3679 North Bluegrass Boulevard, Lehi. Utah A viewing will be held Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Pilgrims landing 4th Ward Chapel. Interment, Lehi City Cemetery.
