With sadness and tender hearts, we acknowledge the passing of our deeply loved son, grandson, brother, uncle and friend, Robert Kincade Hallock.

Kincade returned to his Heavenly Father and Heavenly Home on Sunday the 15th of August, 2021.  At the young age of 25, Kincade’s loving and kind spirit was taken from us all too soon.  Kincade blessed our lives and was part of our family, way before we came to this earth life.  Kincade was born the 26th of July, 1996 in Orem, Utah.  That summer day was bright, sunny and warm and so remained every day he was with us.  We will now count the hours and days until we embrace him once again.

Kincade was born the son of Dana Mary Watkins Boshard and Robert Clair Hallock (deceased 1999).  Kincade was raised by his father Rand D Boshard who never saw him as anything other than his son.

Kincade was raised in American Fork / Highland Utah in a beautiful and loving home.  Life was often hectic and crazy being the 8th child of 10 siblings. Yes, you heard that right, 10 siblings (gasp).  One of Kincade’s greatest passions and characteristics was the ability to learn.  From a young age, even up until his death, Kincade was blessed with a keen mind and a love for reading and stretching his intellect.  He was a gifted writer and only now do we appreciate his talented writing abilities.  If you desired to learn anything on any subject, you always searched out Kincade. He was not shy and would never hesitate to share his feelings and philosophies on any given subject.  You might not always agree with Kincade but you always walked away with an overflowing amount of information to ponder on. Kincade attended American Fork and Lehi High Schools and was in the process of going back for additional education and degrees when his life was cut short.

It did not matter where he was or who he was with, Kincade had a way of bringing people together and sharing his passion for life. I think it is fair to say that Kincade was a tough guy, blessed with a strong exterior.   Yet he never lost his tender heart, especially when it came to animals.  Kincade loved his dogs and would do just about anything for them.  William Shakespeare (Shaky), Leo, Gunner and Sasha were four of his most prized possessions in life.

Kincade loved being with friends, family, and camping with his dogs.  He had a love for nature and the environment.  His goal was always to make the world a better place for those yet to come.  His love for music and the creation of music was second to none.  We were always astonished when Kincade would share something he had melodically created. His musical ability was to produce the soft, heart touching instrumentals that often seemed to be professionally done. He truly had a talent and gift in this area.

Kincade loved cars and motorcycles and going fast. A while back had a brand-new FRS and I don’t even want to think about the speeds he must have reached in that car. Kincade’s mind was one that intellectually loved how things worked, the mechanics of it all. I can’t tell you how many motorcycles and scooters Kincade tore apart and then 80% put back together.  Whatever Kincade was interested in was researched to its full extent. He knew so much about everything that you never dared called his bluff.

Kincade was blessed with the ability to make friends easily.  He could approach anyone, and almost effortlessly strike up a conversation. If family, friends, or even strangers seemed to be going through tough times, you could count on Kincade to research some way to help or just talk them through it. Kincade loved to play the devil’s advocate and did so just to give you a deeper perspective.   Having a discussion with Kincade provided hope for the future 99% of the time.   The other 1% of the time you just wanted to punch him.

Kincade is survived by his heartbroken mother Dana and father Rand Boshard.  He is survived by all nine of his siblings, Angie Boshard (her daughter Jade), Brett Boshard (his wife Marcie and sons Jett and Dez), DJ (his wife Chelsea, son Jagger, daughter Ivy), Whitney (husband Einar, son Zander, daughter Aliya), Kody, Taylor, Alec (his wife Jessica), Chase (his future wife Emmalee Austin) and Ridge (his future wife Delane Leavitt). Kincade is also survived by his Grandparents Robert Dewitt Hallock and Patricia Scott Hallock.  His Grandmothers Mary Ella Hatch Watkins and Connie Boyden Boshard. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Clair Hallock and his Grandfather’s Ronald Butler Watkins and Reed Rudolph Boshard.

We never know where life may take us and we never know when death will shake us. Life is so fragile, yet our love for each other remains so pure. For a short time, goodbye my friend, I know we will see you again. You were, are and always will be loved by us all.
