Thaddeus E Turner
Thaddeus E Turner
1974 – 2022
Thaddeus was born in Saginaw, Michigan to Nelson R. (Skip) and Sharon E (Feldkamp) Turner. He lived in Battle Creek, Michigan for most of his life, and attended Doris Klaussen Developmental Center. There he gained skills that would serve him in his lifelong quest to push every button on the music players at least one million times.
Thaddeus never did settle down with just one woman, which worked to his benefit as he was able to enjoy the friendship of his many caregivers, you know who you are! He attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints but made fast friends with Track Side Church Pastor Todd. They bonded over a shared passion for the racetrack.
Thad also loved monster trucks and NASCAR.
His surviving five sisters, Teri Ann Barber, Tressie Farnsworth, Tiffany Pedersen, Tabitha Lynch, and Tangela Brown and one brother, Timothy Turner will sorely miss his outrageous dance moves and exhausting obsession for all things spinning. Thad shared a home with his sister, Tabitha Lynch, her husband, John, and their children. He graciously tolerated sharing her with his nieces Claira, and Anna and nephews Royce, Noah, John Thomas, Elliot, Aiden, and Samuel. Proceeded in death by siblings, Trisha Howard, Thomas Turner, Tavia Turner, and his parents.
Thaddeus was blessed with the friendship and care of a very special friend and fellow music lover, Scott Bennett. He also won the lottery when he met Becky Joyce of Kindred Hospice.
