Jeneane Fisher Collins Moeller

1938 – 2022

Jeneane Fisher Collins Moeller, our beloved Mother has passed away and returned to the loving arms of her husband William Moeller, son Kent Moeller, and grandson Beau Richey, who have preceded her in death.

Jeneane was born February 13, 1938, in the East Millcreek area of Salt Lake City, Utah, to Spencer Lambourne and Ada Lucile Fisher Collins. Growing up Jeneane had a wonderful childhood working at her family owned

Fisher Dairy with her cousins and her younger brothers Owen Collins and Lester Collins. Jeneane or “Genie” as her family nicknamed her, was very close to her brothers and spent most of her youth taking care of them. This responsibility has always given her a great deal of patience, faith and experiences that she has used to raise her family, help run Family businesses, excel at Genealogy and be a great benefit in her LDS Church callings. Jeneane had the ability to be loving and supportive but also had the strength to be steadfast in her convictions.

Jeneane and William (Bill) married on September 14, 1956 and had seven children, Kent, Keith (Shelley), Scott (Liz), Marianne (Darren Wooden), Mark (Denise), Nathan (Sheree) Caroline Lucy Fawn (Brandon Pack). To date, Jeneane and Bill have 7 children, 30 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.

Jeneane happily and with great love and compassion, shared her time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, not to mention her neighbors and members of her Alpine LDS Ward. Jeneane was often found visiting with family and neighbors as she knit sweaters and other beautiful patterns that she was well known for. Grandma Moeller has always been a great source for advice on relationships and thoughtfully took interest in the dating situations of especially her grandchildren.

Jeneane had a great passion for family history and has written several books containing our family’s history, including but not exclusively their part in the Mormon Pioneer trek. Her books can be found in the library of both the Utah Daughters and the Sons of the Mormon Pioneers. Jeneane has always taken the time to enjoy the beauty in the world around her in nature in art and especially her family.

The family will hold a private graveside service and internment will be in the Alpine, Utah Cemetery.
