Jeffrey Scott Whipple

1985 – 2022

It is with full hearts that we note the passing of Jeffrey Scott Whipple on July 4, 2022.  He resided with his mother, Lori Whipple, who he lovingly cared for in his last days.  His last act of service was gently assisting his mother to bed prior to his passing.

Jeff was born November 16th, 1985, and was preceded in death by his loving father John Charles Whipple, and is survived by his mother Lori Bills Whipple, and his three siblings, Chris Whipple (Meggyn), Jennifer (Scott) Creasey, and Kelsey Whipple.  Some of his fondest memories were of his nieces and nephews who meant everything to him: Kaylee, JJ, Kenzie, Charlie, Oakley, Quinton Creasey and Madison and Hunter Whipple.  He is also survived by his beloved grandparents Charles and Gloria Whipple, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins who adored Jeff.

Many of Jeff’s fondest memories centered around his family.  He treasured these special moments.  Prior to his father’s passing, many hours were spent boating and camping together as a family at Lake Powell.  His heart and soul yearned for the closeness of family.  While working for his brother, Chris, at H&M Plumbing, a special bond developed between them.  Prior to Jeff’s passing he was a valued employee at Beehive Plumbing and was currently taking classes at Utah Valley University, working toward a degree in plumbing.

Jeff’s father was a great example of hard work, patience, and honesty.  At a young age Jeff delighted at being brought to his father’s workplace where he was lovingly taught the rewards of hard work.

Jeff always strived to bring his family closer together.  There was nothing more important to him than family.  He was blessed to have a close and loving relationship with his Grandma and Grandpa Whipple who he cherished with all his heart.  Now Jeff resides with his beloved earthly Father and his caring Heavenly Father.

Funeral services of Jeff will be held on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 11:00 am in the Highland 2nd Ward Chapel, located at 10494 North 4720 West, Highland, Utah. Family and friends may call Monday morning from 9:30-10:30 am prior to services at the church. Interment will follow services at the Highland City Cemetery.
