Kacee Lyn Terry

1986 ~ 2024

Kacee Lyn Terry was reunited with her father in heaven, parents and many loved ones Thursday August 15, 2024.

Kacee was Born May 30, 1986 to Michelle Farnsworth Terry & Ronald Kyle Terry.

Kacee grew up in Alpine, attending Alpine Elementary, Mountain Ridge Jr High and Lone Peak High School.   Kacee was a social butterfly and made many friends during those years, including her Best Friend Michelle, and many others who she stayed close with until she passed.

Kacee enjoyed being in the outdoors, hunting, camping and especially the sand dunes.

Kacee’s wish in life more than anything was to be a mom, she loved babysitting and couldn’t wait to have her own family. Although Kacee was never able to have children of her own, she filled the roll of mom to many kids.

After graduating high school Kacee Met Casey Tanner, he brought to their marriage a little boy named Cayson who Kacee thought the world of. Her marriage eventually ended but her love for Cayson never changed.

Kacee found great joy in helping people, she was introduced to a company called Chrysalis, where She got a job helping disabled adults, and often said it didn’t feel like she was working because she just loved everyone she was with.

Over the past few years Kacee’s health started to decline more and more. She was unable to work like she had in the past, but she was able to find great comfort from the companionship of her dog Bella.

Kacee is preceded in death by her parents, Kyle & Michelle Terry, Aunt Kate, Uncle Kyle, cousins Abbie & Brandon, along with many other family and friends.

She is survived by her older sister, Kylee Terry Clark (Jim) and their children.
Grandparents, Newell & Pat Farnsworth, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Although we don’t understand why it was time for her to go so soon we find comfort in knowing that she is healthy, happy and with people she loves.

Kacee’s wishes were to be buried with Bella alongside our parents in Alpine Utah.

We will have a small celebration of life to honor her at a later date.

If you would like to attend that celebration please contact Kylee for those details.

We love and miss you already Howie.

Because there won’t be a traditional funeral service. In lieu of flowers, consider a donation towards any unforeseen end of life care and service.
