Keith Randall Warenski
Keith Randall Warenski
1935 – 2022
Our beloved father, grandfather and great- grandfather, Keith Randall Warenski left this earthly life on Sunday, June 26, 2022 to be with his eternal sweetheart. Keith was born on September 3, 1935 in Richfield, Utah to Nettie and Charles Warenski.
Keith met the love of his life Jerry Warenski and they were married July 14, 1954 and were later sealed for time and all eternity in the Manti LDS Temple. Together they had 4 beautiful children.
While married, Keith had his hand in several occupations. He was a butcher, which he really enjoyed. His children didn’t enjoy this so much, when he had them try cow brain and tongue. Keith also was a heavy equipment operator at Pelican Point where he later retired from.
Keith and Jerry purchased a cabin in the Pinecreek Ranch Association in Mt. Pleasant Utah where they spent the majority of their weekends and life after retirement. They loved being at the cabin with their family and made numerous lifelong friendships.
After Jerry passed away in 2006, Keith married Hazel West. They later bought property in Indianola where they resided until Keith passed away.
No matter where Keith went, he made friends and loved to tell stories and learn about people. He was a hard worker and didn’t know the meaning of “relax”. Even when he was relaxing, he always had a project. Keith loved carving walking canes out of trees he would find in the wilderness. He recently gave a cane to all of the kids, grandkids, great grandkids and anyone he thought could benefit from one. These will be cherished keepsakes by his family.
Keith is survived by his four children: Randy (Vicki) Warenski, Brent (Roslyn) Warenski, Brenda (Neil) Brown, Scott Warenski; 7 grandsons and 1 granddaughter; and 16 great grandchildren and his dog Gus. He was preceded in death by his eternal companion Jerry, his parents, all of his siblings, and 1 grandson.
Our “Grandpa of the Mountain” will be dearly missed, but we rejoice in knowing he is with our grandma in heaven raising cain.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 12:00 noon, at the Goshen City Cemetery, 10500 West 15800 South Goshen, Utah.
